Hrvatska Lutrija offers a mobile app for iOS and Android devices, launched in March 2022. The app includes 87 slot games, 12 table games, and 5 live dealer options, all optimized for screens 5.5 inches and larger. No download is required for Android; the app runs in-browser via progressive web app (PWA). iOS users must install the app from the website’s home screen prompt.

The app supports Croatian kuna (HRK), euros (EUR), and US dollars (USD). Deposits under 20 EUR are subject to a 5% processing fee on bank transfers. Withdrawals take 1–3 business days via bank wire or 2–6 hours via e-wallet. Customer service is available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM CET, with a 14-second average response time on live chat based on internal logs from June 2023.

How to download and install the Hrvatska Lutrija app

The Hrvatska Lutrija app is available only in Croatia. It cannot be downloaded from international app stores.

  1. Set your device’s region to Croatia. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Country/Region. On Android, change your Google Account region through a Croatian IP address or VPN.
  2. Use a Croatian IP address. Connect to a VPN with a server located in Croatia. Do not disconnect during the download.
  3. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for “Hrvatska Lutrija”.
  4. Select the official app by “Hrvatska lutrija d.d.”. Tap Download. The app is free.
  5. Wait for installation to complete. Open the app and log in with your existing Hrvatska Lutrija account, or register using a Croatian personal identification number (OIB).

Limitations

  • The app is not listed in app stores outside Croatia. Even with a VPN, downloads may fail if the device’s billing address or SIM card is not registered in Croatia.
  • You must be 18 or older and have a valid Croatian OIB to create an account or make purchases.
  • Payments are only accepted via Croatian bank accounts or domestic payment cards.
  • The app does not support foreign phone numbers for SMS verification.
